After winning "Best Lawn in America" for 25 years straight, the newly inaugurated president of PETA, Hank Greensfolk, must choose between his two greatest loves when groundhogs begin tearing up his prestigious lawn.

Shot and edited in one week, I was the visual effects supervisor and visual effects artist. Grow Grass Grow went on to win "Best Comedy" in the international grand finale of Campus Movie Fest in 2010 in Las Vegas.

In addition to approximately 20 VFX shots, I also designed the opening title and credit sequence, using Cinema 4D to render realistic grass effects.

Techniques used in this movie include 3D tracking, 3D models, matte painting, vfx compositing, clean plating, rotoscoping, and other minor effects.

Over half a century of competitive gaming takes an unlikely turn in Scrabble: The Motion Picture. Joe, the deeply devoted and fearless captain of the Bridgewater State College Scrabble Club must shine a light in the darkness for his steadfast club members after being contacted by a man named Hasbro.

Like Grow Grass Grow, Scrabble was also shot and edited in one week. I supervised both practical and digital visual effects, and also performed all the compositing myself. Scrabble won "Best Comedy" in the international grand finale of Campus Movie Fest in 2009 in Los Angeles. I was also nominated for Best Visual Effects.

In the third installment of the Danger Room series, a conflict of epic proportions arises. This is a month long animation project inspired by Kyle McCauley. If you haven't seen Turtle Room: Danger Room 2 yet, I highly recommend that you check it out first.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles battle in the city. This was my first attempt at making an animated short movie, and I learned more with this movie than any project I had done before. Even though it's pretty short and simple, I love this movie. You should too.

When an over-competitive rival is beaten enough, you will receive the ultimate loss. This is an awesome movie we made in 4 hours while playing video games. Excellent.

When you combine aggravation and griefing, you get ganked. A great case study providing evidence for the necessity of anger management courses for choice individuals.
